We collect only the information we need to serve you and administer our business. We guard your information with concern for your privacy.

Personal Information We May Collect

We collect personal information about you from:

• The information you provide on applications or other forms (such as your name, address and Social Security number)

• Your transactions with us, our affiliates or others (such as your payment history and claims information)

• The information we receive from a consumer reporting agency or state agency (such as your credit history or motor vehicle report)
   

• Your insurance company (such as updated information pertaining to your account)

Sharing Information

We may share information with your insurance company or other affiliated companies to service your account. Sometimes it is necessary to provide information about you to a service or insurance company that we are contracted to, hire or hold a joint marketing agreement with, to assist us in providing service to you. For example, we share select data for the purpose of identifying and preventing fraud so we can help hold down premium rates. We may also have a joint marketing agreement when we reinsure some of our insurance business with another company. We may also get competitive quotes from our other companies to better serve your insurance needs. This is a common practice in the insurance industry. Companies within our corporate family that may receive this information are financial service providers and insurance companies. Chas. E. Osborn Insurance Agency does not sell its customer information.

Our Practices Regarding Information Confidentiality and Security

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Reservation of the Right to Disclose Information in Unforeseen Circumstances

In connection with the potential sale or transfer of its interest, Chas. E. Osborn Agency, Inc. and its affiliates reserves the right to sell or transfer your information (including but not limited to your address, name, age, sex, zip code, state and country of residency and other information that you provide through other communication) to a third party entity that agrees to be Chas. E. Osborn Agency's successor in interest with regard to the maintenance and protection of the information collected.
